    How do I increase my contact limit?
      Once you've reached the maximum contacts allowed on your current plan, upgrading is easy.

      Simply login to your account, navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab on the left-hand side of the page, and choose the ‘My Account’ option.

      From there, select the new plan option you'd like to upgrade to.

      In the meantime, we'll notify you at login to let you know that you've reached your limit so you don't need to worry about it!

    How do I delete my account and my data?
      At Blastable, we believe your data is yours and only yours. You may cancel your account at any time by choosing the ‘Settings’ option on the left-hand side of the page and then choosing the ‘My Account’ option.

      When you cancel, we will leave your account as is in case you ever want to return.

      You are free to delete your contacts and remove any emails, sign-up forms, or autoresponders at your own discretion.

    Do you offer refunds?
      Blastable is a pay as you go service and we do not offer refunds, regardless if you use your subscription or not. You can cancel your account at anytime or reach out to us for help!
