absolutely crazy about the internet is the
ultimate freedom it affords. It’s given me

In case I haven’t introduced myself yet, my name is Justin.
I’ve been doing email for 20 years. Both as an email marketer
and as an ESP (Email Service Provider) owner. I own

email deliverability, or getting emails delivered.
Why am I telling you all of this? Because as a long time
email marketer and a shorter time ESP owner, I’ve seen
things from both sides.
Most people are either good at tech or they are good at
marketing. I’m good at both.
In email, the marketing and the stuff you need to actually
do to get emails delivered often clash.
